The Fairfield Emerging Leaders Organization (FELO) is a professional group within the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce that offers unique opportunities for networking, education, social connection, and community service. Our events bring together like-minded professionals, creating space to connect, collaborate, and grow professional skills!

A portion of the proceeds from member dues and events is dedicated each year to scholarships for local high school seniors pursuing business degrees. In the past decade, FELO has proudly awarded $37,000 in scholarships to support the next generation of business leaders!
