Santa arrived at Sherman Green on schedule, courtesy of the Fairfield Fire Department, and crowds of kids and parents turned out to meet him. Over 30 community organizations braved the cold and the wind (lots of wind) to sell hot drinks, food and gifts of all kinds, and the music and the balloons made such a festive scene that we have reason to believe the big guy will be doing it again next year. |
