On a bright and sunny Halloween afternoon, hordes of children (and their parents) thronged downtown Fairfield to show off their costumes and hit up area merchants and community groups for goodies. And if you happened to be strolling through Sherman Green, you might have spotted certain chamber personnel dressed up for the occasion as they handed out the treats. |
