Ground was broken for the Fairfield Metro Center complex in a ceremony attended by government officials, developers and members of the business community. The first phase of the project, which includes a commuter rail station, 230,000 square feet of retail and office space, a 175-room hotel and a health club, is scheduled to open in November 2007. |
