Steve Lehman has extensive experience in sales management, marketing and general management with a comprehensive background in publishing, media and advertising. He has worked with companies including Meredith, Whittle Communications and Cowles Media, where he held a variety of positions from Advertising Director to SVP, Group Publishing Director and led the development and launch of new products including magazines, newsletters, and sampling programs. He also spearheaded three E-Commerce and Marketing web sites.
He was President/CEO of Alvern ASA, an international Out-of-Home public media company and has been President/COO of a book and conference company with full P&L responsibility and staffs up to 100 people in operations, finance, sales and marketing. He has experience in start-ups, turn-arounds, re-stages and growth companies. Steve has expertise in problem solving and identifying, coaching, mentoring and developing talent.
Steve Lehman joined The Entrepreneur's Source® because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support he knew he could receive from this organization. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training and coaching, franchising and self-employment options. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his coaching skills so that he can better serve his clients. He has over 20 years experience in management and business development in media, publishing and advertising. He is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Marketing.
