Correction to the Business Guide
In the 2010 edition of the Membership Directory & Resource Guide, we inadvertently left out the phone number for one of our newest members.
The number for Eric H. Zielinski & Co., LLC is 203-275-8860.
We will be mailing out a sheet with the corrected information that you can slip into your copy of the guide — or if you prefer, take a moment to make note of it in the guide yourself. Our humble apologies to Eric for the mistake.

Did we see you at the Fairfield Arts Council for our February Business After Hours?
These folks were there — and quite a few more besides — as you can see from our dotPhoto song-and-dance slideshow. (Somebody in there is dancing. Trust us.)
Getting your picture taken and plastered all over the internet is just one of the things you'll miss out on if you're not at our next networking extravaganza, Wednesday Mar. 24 at Fischel Properties. (And don't forget about the Regional Business Networking Expo coming up on Mar. 16). Be there or be square.
So, Like, What's on the Menu, Dude?
As I sit here on a Wednesday morning, Discover the Best of Fairfield is coming at us like an alleged blizzard crawling up the coast. Our huge wine & food & stuff fundraiser is guaranteed to happen on Feb. 25, but I'm still reserving judgement about this blizzard thing.
Anyway, many of you are no doubt wondering what our eight (eight!) participating restaurants are cooking up for the food portion of the event. Well, restaurants are never sure what they're preparing until pretty much the last minute, but we can give you some hints.
You can't pronounce it, but you'll love it.
Café Lola promises us Geoueres au Bacon, Tartelettes au Roquefort et Figues and Toast a la Ratatouille, which can be roughly translated as "damned yummy."
Your stomach will understand perfectly, even if you don't speak the language.
Seafood rules.
Pan-seared scallops (with balsamic drizzle, no less). California rolls. Crab cakes. Need we say more?
Whatever else may happen, there will be rice.
"Risotto," they said.
"Risotto with what?" we asked. (I mean, risotto is rice, for God's sake.)
"We haven't figured it out yet," they said.
OK, risotto it is.
Two words: meatball salad.
I'm in.
You can also expect mozzarella-wrapped prosciutto, spring veggie rolls, chicken roti, bruschetta, mini pastries and other special guests yet to be announced. If that list ain't making you hungry, you need to get out more. Seriously.
Don't have tickets yet? Register here from the comfort of wherever you are (or you can call us on the phone, if people still do that sort of thing: 203-255-1011). Many more details about the event — the restaurants, the wine, the beer, the martinis, the marketplace, the sponsors — are right here.
